在颁奖礼开始之前，一众国内外知名设计师及意见领袖在现场的专场论坛，与观众分享「慢食文化」、「情感设计」与「叙事化空间」之间微妙有机的联系。论坛嘉宾与观众现场亲切互动，就当代餐饮文化、未来餐饮空间变革等方面进行了深入地探讨和交流。论坛嘉宾阵容包括：SWSGroup创始人之一孙炜，新怡设计设计总监兼AMYfurniture榏镁家具创始人李培新，伊波莱茨建筑设计（IppolitoFleitzGroup）上海分公司设计总监HalilDogan和VM建筑设计事务创始人及首席设计师VladimirMirabeau.
